I have a rare blend of personal experience (I spent decades battling with extremely severe depression and addiction) AND textbook knowledge (I’m a psych major after all). This combo helped me rebuild my life from the ground up, find fulfillment, thrive in the first healthy relationship of my life and help hundreds of others do the same. All without sacrificing my true crime podcast or daytime soap opera obsession.
